Once the merchant has confirmed that they’ve issued a refund, the funds should appear on your child’s Mydoh Smart Card within 2-3 business days, but can sometimes take up to 7 business days. Unfortunately, we're unable to view any pending returns, but as soon as we receive funds from the merchant, they'll be immediately available on your child’s Smart Card!
Sometimes, merchants will process returns as cancellations. This will occur when the merchant hasn't settled the transaction and lets the authorization to ‘expire.’ Once expired, the funds will automatically return to your child’s Smart Card. This can take up to 7 business days but can be sooner.
